Real Homes. Real Restoration

This Midland home was refreshed with care and craftsmanship — preserving its original character while giving it new strength and curb appeal.

Teakwood Exterior Home Project

This Midland home was in need of care — cracked stucco, aging windows, and outdated doors were hiding the full potential of its unique architecture. Our team stepped in to restore it with precision and respect for its original charm.

We began by re-stuccoing the entire exterior using a traditional stucco method, not synthetic patchwork. This approach provided better durability and preserved the home’s authentic texture while eliminating deep cracking and surface damage.

Once the new stucco cured, the house received a full exterior repaint, carefully chosen to complement the existing stonework and surrounding landscape.

To further improve curb appeal and energy efficiency, we installed brand-new windows, modern exterior doors, and custom garage doors designed to complement the home’s unique split-level structure and warm, earthy tones.

The result is a restoration that honors the past while building for the future — a home that feels strong, refreshed, and ready for its next chapter.
