In this home, the goal wasn’t dramatic change—it was intentional improvement. We started with a simple kitchen upgrade, swapping out cabinet doors and drawers to elevate the overall look without changing the footprint. The existing brick vent hood over the stove became a standout feature once the new tile backsplash was installed. It brought just the right amount of contrast and made the space feel both classic and fresh.

We also remodeled the master bathroom with that same mindset—simple, timeless, and clean. The clients chose hand-cut tan subway tile, which gave the shower walls a subtle, artisan feel. The layout stayed the same, but the new finishes brought warmth and calm into the space.

Sometimes, a full transformation isn’t about tearing everything out—it’s about refining what’s already working and giving it the attention it deserves.
