Final Walkthrough & Warranty — inspection, punch list, and 1-year workmanship coverage.
Note: Material pick-ups are $120 per trip (plus trailer rental if needed). If you ask a worker for a change, they’ll pause and call the Project Manager before proceeding.

Every Alpha bathroom remodel includes a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty covering labor defects and installation errors.
Product warranties (tile, fixtures, finishes) remain with their manufacturer.
We only use tested, brand-approved materials for waterproofing, adhesives, and grout.
Our warranty protects your investment with clear, written coverage on workmanship for one full year.
