Alpha Designs offers professional 3D renderings for kitchens bathrooms and home additions. Rendering fees range from $500 - $1500 - and if you build with us, the full amount is credited to your project cost.
Bathrooms
Small Bathroom / Powder Room (≤ 60 sq. ft.) → $500
Standard Bathroom (61–120 sq. ft.) → $750
Large Bathroom / Master Bath (121+ sq. ft.) → $1,000
Kitchens
Small Kitchen (≤ 120 sq. ft.) → $750
Standard Kitchen (121–200 sq. ft.) → $1,000
Large Kitchen / Open Concept (200+ sq. ft.) → $1,250+
Additions / Multi-Room Projects
Single Room Addition (≤ 200 sq. ft.) → $750
Medium Addition (201–400 sq. ft.) → $1,000
Large Addition / Multi-Room (> 400 sq. ft.) → $1,500+

Design & Render — We create detailed 3D visuals showing layout, finishes, and lighting.
Review & Revise — You review, request adjustments, and get final visuals.
Build with Confidence — If you move forward, the design fee is credited. If not, you still own the renderings.
